Job Description
Responsible for assessing the financial status, life circumstances and objectives of existing and prospective clients and, based on those, providing individualized and strategic investment and financial consulting.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Conduct in-depth analyses of client portfolios and provide financial planning services and technical coaching advice to clients in all areas
- Determine appropriate investment, financial and wealth management services and products for clients.
- Implement asset allocation strategies consistent with firm philosophy
- Direct and oversee the data entry and plan production for client planning matters
- Develop, manage and retain client relationships
- Prepare financial plans for prospective clients
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of Series 65 or 66
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of previous financial sales experience
- Knowledge of taxation and accounting rules
- Experience working with high net-worth clients
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Technical proficiency in developing customized financial plans
- Ability to understand and communicate complex estate and financial planning concepts based on a client's situation
